Paradise Travel Company

I just graduated college and now I want to see the world. Problem is, my dad manages a gas station and I am a waitress so funds are very limited. I can travel anywhere (meaning I have no qualms with any cultures and I am quite adept at picking up languages customs etc) So my question is this: Where in the world will my American dollars convert into the most luxuriant/affordable experience? I am thinking perhaps Thailand or Hong Kong, or maybe South America. Any and all insight will be most appreciated!
