How can I work – travel by sea around the world?

Id like to travel the world, and am willing to work to get from place to place. Im wondering if there are frieghter companies or cruiselines etc.. or any other shipping, or other company that can actually help me travel if Im willing to work. I have Canadian Citizenship, and a passport. Ive worked in the service industry, volunteered in radio and tv, have helped manage a student coop, been a baker, a university student, have first aid, speak english and some french, and am relatively fit.
