Help! I am trying to figure out what I can give my husband for his birthday and running out of ideas. He loves travel/hiking/backpacking/mountain biking. We live in San Francisco. It has to be under $500. He also loves technology and photography. I am thinking – some sort of surprise weekend adventure trip. If you have any ideas, please chime in! Thanks!

I am a single man 27 years old. I am interested in taking these hiking trips in foreign countries such as Peru or Australia. Unfortunately. none of my friends shares my interest in hiking, adventure or photography… How can I find a travel buddy??
