What are the ethical issues of cruises giving uneaten food to homeless people in ports?

Melissa N asked:

So much food is wasted on cruises every year..
Maybe cruise companies can start donating wasted food at ports?
What’s wrong with donating the food at the port areas for human consumption?

If it’s going to be thrown out anyway, why not?

I know I asked this before but I want the ethical issues here.
Say they did this in extremely poor countries.

Travel sellers license and errors and omissions insurance?

Lawrence W asked:

If you are selling a tour to a resident of a state where a travel sellers license is required to sell within that state and your company resides outside of that state, are you still required to acquire a sellers license from that state you are selling to? Does this only apply if you are selling airfare or sea travel?

How much should I expect to pay (more or less) in errors and omissions insurance if I am a small start up business and we are selling adventure surf tours?

Lastly, are you required to disclose the identity of the tour operators for whom you are representing if you are agency selling their tours and if so, how transparent do you need to be?
