<p>Would it be ethical for a Second generation born US Citizen, with an Irish grand parent to apply for an Irish passport, than secure his US born children also an Irish passport, and basically travel the world on an Irish passport, and only use a US passport, to enter and leave the United States.<br />
This is allowed by the US State Department.</p>
